A picture says a thousand words, but only the most spectacular will leave you wanting more.
With just a glance, it’s easy to admire my natural hourglass figure, glimmering bluish gray eyes that are contrasted by my dark, wavy hair, and my sweet yet seductive smile. One of the most memorable and, accurate, descriptions of my appearance was stated as “If Selena Gomez had sex appeal.” I take pride in the juxtaposition of innocence and sensuality that I inherently possess: big blue eyes and soft but striking features tend to have that effect. Although I am third generation American, I wear my Eastern European traits exceptionally well. Once you come a bit closer, you’ll notice my soft skin, my perfectly manicured nails and toes, the warm vanilla scent of Diptyque’s Eau Duelle perfume, a few sun-kissed freckles on my cheeks, and oftentimes, subtle tan lines from a recent tropical getaway.
Bubbly by nature, I have been told that my presence lights up any room that I enter. If you’re an astrology lover, you’ll know that Leos, such as myself, enjoy being the life of the party and find the glass half-full in most situations. As a result of my quick-wittedness and playful outlook on life, it is easy to find humor in anything. I can find pleasure in luxury, as well as the seemingly mundane, which allows me to effortlessly fit in any environment I may find myself. Whether we’re dining at Eleven Madison Park or at a charming Lower East Side dive bar, my adaptability elevates any experience.
No matter how much I’ve experienced during my eight year residency in Manhattan, the beauty of this city lies within the endless potential for brand new experiences. No two Knicks (or Nets) games will end with the same score. There is always a sculpture or painting at a museum that was overlooked, and there is always a new dish at a restaurant that is waiting to be tried. Let’s fill in those gaps together, and leave no encounter unfinished. As Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Guard well your spare moments. They are like uncut diamonds. Discard them and their value will never be known. Improve them and they will become the brightest gems in your life.”
